Processing Time

Please contact me to get an idea of the lead time for custom footstools as the time I need to create and prepare an order ready to send can vary greatly depending on how busy I am.

UK Shipping

I use Parcelforce 48 to ship footstools within the UK. This charge is included in the price of the footstool.

International Shipping

If you are ordering from outside of the UK then please contact me for a shipping price at hello@homesteadupholstery.co.uk

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  

Homestead Upholstery is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Packaging

Where possible all items are sent out using either recycled or recyclable packaging.
